Acting as a Product Owner and Product Manager for cross-functional teams; Responsible for Salesforce, API integrations and InstaMotion homepage teams; Creating concepts, running tests and implementing scaling features and products; Continuous analysis of product-specific KPIs and conduction of optimisation actions; Creating, managing and prioritising the backlog items and roadmaps; Close cooperation with IT, Marketing, Sales, Disposition and Sourcing for the release of new products and features.

Responsible for digital innovation projects, acting from requirements definition to solution implementation, with the SCRUM methodology; Validate projects through MVP or prototyping; Definition of project scope according to internal client needs; Definition of suppliers; Plan project execution to meet its schedule; Definition of metrics to help evaluate success and continuity of projects.

Identifying options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability; Drawing up specific proposals for system improvements and present to internal clients; Drawing up testing schedules for system implementations; Providing training to Salesforce.com users; Creating analytical reports and dashboards; Users, accesses and objects configuration; Development of training material; Implementation of Salesforce.com on branches' offices in Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
