I form part of the Horticulture Buying Team of Homebase, the second largest Home Enhancement Retailer in the UK and Ireland. As a Merchandiser, I work closely with my buyer and various suppliers in the UK and Europe, in order to trade, review the range and strategically plan the season for my product areas.

Supporting the introduction of Account Management into the business, I designed trend analysis documents to analise the financial development of the company, as well as defined processes and guidlines for Account Managers.

Support of a Facilities Management Project that is carried out under the PPP/PFI Initiative and analysis of its logistical aspects.
