Responsible for managing staff and site resources to ensure product and production quality, meeting delivery deadlines for both national and international clients. I developed the Master Delivery Plan in alignment with the ERP system (SAP) and coordinated deliveries with hauliers. I worked closely with the MRP Controller and the International Product Application Specialist team to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Responsable for evaluating future expenses, unforeseen circumstances, and cash flow to create annual budgets for materials used in printing customer account statements. I conducted in-depth analyses of sales trends against forecasts and managed adjustments when sales did not meet targets. Additionally, I ensured budget adherence through statistical process control.

Responsible for planning and scheduling customer orders in coordination with the Sales and Production managers. Following the Theory of Constraints, I developed the first generation of the Production Plan Master. I revised schedules, adjusted project scopes, and tracked progress within the ERP system. Additionally, I developed and monitored plant production performance metrics to ensure alignment with production goals.
