Deliver Recruiting service to Italy: understanding of business needs, definition recruiting channels, publication job announcements, execution of pre-screening, conduction phone interviews and coordination face-to-face interviews. Project Phase: deep Analysis of the Italian recruiting process in order to adapt it to the BASF European standards.

Support the preparation of salary proposals and contracts, periodical update of staff data and organizational charts, recruitment activities, assistance in the implementation of structural projects.

Deliver administrative support to Italy (Local HR, HR Business Partner, Manager, Employees) Strong support in Italy during the HR migration project THR (Transforming Human Resources). Involvement in activities as work-shadowing, preparation business documents and FAQ, coordination SAP/HR testing and translation, participation in communication events, organization and conduction SAP training for Italian colleagues, manager and employees.

Event’s organization (4 in ten months), media and communication management (newspaper and magazine), strategic marketing planning and budget management, daily press release, corporate governance activities.
