R&D interface with Production and Technical Support for analysis of production yields and field return rate of MW equipments. Targets: improve yields through analysis and fix of major fail factors; identify main failure roots of units returned from field, apply the needed solutions and learnt lessons to current production to reduce failure rate in field and improve customers' satisfaction.

Head of the System Verification Lab. of WiMAX point-to-multipoint microwave systems, leading the activity of a team of up to 15 people. Main tasks: responsible for the execution of system features validation tests; verification of system compliance to international standards (ETSI; WiMAX Forum); interoperability tests with other vendors equipment; load and stress tests in real environment; test reporting

Head of the System Test Lab. of WLL (Wireless Local Loop) point-to-multipoint microwave systems in ATM technology, in the RF band 26-28 GHz. Main tasks: responsible for the execution of system features validation tests; verification of system compliance to reference international standards (ETSI); load and stress tests in real environment; test reporting; interoperability tests in TIM GSM/GPRS and UMTS networks.

Activity in the System Integration Lab. of point-to-point SDH microwave systems in the RF band from 7 to 18 GHz. Main tasks: detailed system specifications for HW and SW developement; execution of system integration tests: verification of system interfaces, system specification, Base Band and RF tests, test reporting
