My role is to find the right Candidate for our clients, by finding out what people needs and exceeding their expectations, Also finding out different markets growth and directions, make connection with other people within IT & People Department.

I went in as a field representative, quickly got promoted to leader, then to business development team leader, I was managing 10-15 people, teaching sales, psychology, motivation, conference presentation, business direction, networking.
