• Preparation of monthly financial data, forecasts and annual budgets in direct collaboration with the CFO • Overhaul of the internal reporting tools and processes, definition of new KPIs to assess business performance • Daily monitoring of treasury needs, ensuring completion of financing and optimization of refinancing operations • Development and optimization of standard reports, analysis and presentations on company performance to the use of executive management

· Consolidation and reporting of the monthly financial data and forecast · Creation of dashboards ensuring follow up on forecast/budget achievement · Management of the Product and Customer databases · Optimization of processes ensuring efficiency of data reporting from other Arrow ECS subsidiaries · Providing day to day support to FP&A teams in Central and EMEA headquarters

· In charge of the inventory and cash reporting, providing regular overview and follow up to the EMEA teams · Consolidation and reporting of the monthly financial data · Supporting the preparation of the monthly operating review with the regions

· Update of databases and monthly reporting on shipments and sales · Analysis of new business opportunities · Lead operations outsourcing project at Narita Airport · Created new marketing tools for the sales division, conducted the yearly satisfaction survey

· Daily monitoring of the assortment’s prices, pricing of new products and management of the internal database · Monitoring of competitors’ assortments and prices, monthly reports on national price activity
