Responsible for HR Provisions. Monitoring of Payroll Accounting. Process optimization for the interface of HR vs. Accounting. Monthly, quarterly and yearly preparation of accounting figures for the release of CKA (Covestro Konzernabschluss). Audit support and Projects.

Operating as an interface between the local Controlling units and the respective Shared Service Organisation. Performing Value Flow Management activities for the German Bayer Health Care companies according to the global Value Flow Catalogue. Providing support to the business units with reference to the VFC. Performing Trainings according to internal accounting related changes and implementation of processes or tools. Reporting to Global Process Governance Organisation.

3 Month STA - Short term assignment Bayer LLC in Pittsburgh. Operating as an interface between the local Controlling units and the respective Shared Service Back office teams. Performing Accounting Platform Value flow management activities for all Bayer Health Care US companies. Providing support to the business units and giving advice with reference to changes of the global VFC and other requirements from Global process governance organization.

Working on the internal Project GAC 2015, to support the centralization of the Accounting activities of Bayer AG. Supporting the implementation of overall global accounting activities within the new FASS organisation. Working on Change management topics according to HR related topics and enabler implementation.
