Supported Application Management, Help Desk functions, and incident management process.

Manage IT and Networking Projects across multiple critical infrastructure sites and Abu Dhabi Urban Shield Project in support of multibillion-dollar homeland security program. Served as the program’s single point of contact for all IT related tasks for daily interaction, escalation of issues, and management of steering committees needs and expectations.

Managed the Technical Department. Project Manager and Lead Technical Architect for high-profile, large-scale network and IT infrastructure projects.

Oversaw the design of new organization-wide IT/IS systems and defined the IT/IS architecture. Administered Microsoft Windows servers and workstations. Performed server and security audits, system backup procedures, and recovery processes to support business continuity strategies.
