Responsible for the operation of WIND Hellas’ prepaid solution, and the implementation of several products & services. Project Manager in several IT integration & migration projects. Leading a team of 12 WIND Hellas engineers and 10 vendor’s support team members.

Working as a Senior IS Engineer at WIND's Prepaid team. Managing IS Projects in cooperation with other IS and network departments in order to offer to Prepaid Marketing team high-end service solutions for the prepaid customers. Highly involved in the management, configuration and testing of all major high-end launched services and projects (e.g. WIND To All service, Hybrid Prepaid, WIND Prepaid Migration, Offer Management System BEA/BSCS Integration).

During my military service, I worked at the IT and Research Office of the 1st HAAB as System and Network Administrator assistant for Military IT services. My key accountability was to configure, operate and maintain the Military communication platform and offer IT support to the stuff of the Brigade. As main Project during my 7 month service, I designed, developed and tested a web based calendar application (i.e. php/MySQL) in order to cover the organizational needs for the Brigade's activities.

Worked as part time Computer Support Officer in the UniS Computing Services. Main task of the job was to offer support to all students using the Computing Services facilities.

As a technical support officer I was responsible to coordinate the support team in order offer complete IT solutions to our clients (i.e. Software, Hardware, Network infrastructures, web services, training, ISDN, PSTN and VOIP Telephony Systems).

MSc in Internet Computing with 1st class dissertation with subject: “A collaborative framework for agent-based distributed systems”. Designed and developed a working prototype using Perl scripting language under Unix platform (SUN Solaris).

As my dissertation with subject: “An asynchronous computational model for Internet distributed computing (client side)” I developed a Java based prototype clientas part of a complete working prototype of the MAIC (Model for Asynchronous Internet Communication) system.
