Responsible for managing exclusive national and international brands to obtain the best commercial results (sales, contribution, and margin), and create brand awareness, attitude, and response, by employing marketing tools such as brand positioning, marketing communication, product mix selection, and the development of the commercial plan. Among the brands managed were cosmetics, baby accessories, and baby products.

Responsible for introducing and promoting the strategic products internally to the commercial department to increase their participation in stores and on shelves and to obtain good promotional places and activities. Also cared about improving the strategic products’ availability in stores, purchasing imported products, and analyzing results of promotional activities.

Responsible for weekly updating prices of different product categories following their price strategy. Additionally in charge of carrying out diverse commercial studies and category data analysis regarding sales, commercial activities, launchings, and market information. Worked with both Pharma OTC and non-OTC and FMCGs categories.
