As owner/freelancer I have been in charge all day to operations from planning to execution. Working through media/advertising agencies, I have been involved in projects with international companies in multiple sectors.

In November of 2002, I was involved in a very serious automobile accident when another car came into my lane head-on. I spent the next 3 - 5 years in and out of surgery and during recovery, finding time to study my Bachelors. I made my way back into the workforce by working hard to gain contacts and clients and working one-on-one and in small teams to create various media campaigns and edit internal documents for proper readability and clarity in English.

My duties involved setting up appointments and cold-calling local business and producing radio advertisement for the local market. I worked with the local business from the initial consultation to the creation and implementation of the radio advertisement over the airwaves. I covered every aspect of the customers needs from the brainstorming and creation of the advertisement, to all follow up and relations with the client.

My duties involved inputting physical checks into the digital system and properly documenting them for storage. I would often have to use the various systems to track down physical files from storage when the were flagged for fraud, or need for other legal reasons.

Working with customers to implement new services on their Nextel cellular phone accounts. Navigate the various internal computer systems depending on type of service to be added or removed. Working under pressure to resolve technical issues.

Worked as Front of Store associate. Duties included direct customer service and cashier.
