Responsible for overseeing the Center’s project work, operations and human resources. Specific tasks include research, project development, budgeting and financial reporting, programming, drafting of strategy and policy recommendations, briefing and supervising external experts, procurement (according to EC regulations), monitoring, evaluation, public relations, media work and editing of publications.

Responsible for forecasting and performance analysis. Drafted strategy recommendations for the Executive Board and lead tasks forces researching scenarios for strategic re-positioning and enhanced competitiveness. Research methods applied: qualitative and quantitative analysis (benchmarking, economic trend projections, regression analysis, surveying etc.). Areas of research: strategic gaps, brand positioning, positioning concepts and related HR development (projection of skills and training needs).
