Responsible for the technical department of the company, including implementation of ITIL-compliant help desk (internal and external clients), 24x7 support and the preparation of a data center as offering to external clients.

Form and manage development teams for development of SaaS offering especially in retail industry, focussed on (using a combination of state of the art video analytics and other technologies) defininig and measuring compliance of business rules. Manage development teams in Santiago, Viña del Mar and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Setup conrol and data center in Viña del Mar. Active participation in funding efforts.

Main architect and project manager in charge of prototyping migration of Core Accounting Systems to SAP Core Banking Solution. After successful implementation of prototype, manage implementation of first successful release outside of SAP development partnership (with Deutsche Postbank and UBS). Manager of Test and Configuration Management Department with Account Management Systems. Department had to be restructured and corresponding new methodologies introduced to meet increased demands.
