Teaching Web Technologies

Our team is currently working on developing a stack of applications for internal use. The technologies used are Java, SQL, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, AngularJS. My main responsibilities are related to developing new functionalities for our applications as well as bug fixing. Even more, given my french skills I partake in a multitude of different meetings for planing new developments with key users and product owners.

Teaching and preparing materials for the courses. Every student is different so you need to be sure that you develop comprehensive and easy to understand examples. You need to be sure you get their attention and that they stay focused. After each course, the students get tested. Courses so far: Front end basic: HTML, CSS, JS, Hibernate, Java Basics, Java Advanced

- Contribute to the strategic decisions on the new features and the technical choices; - Imagine, design and develop new features from A to Z as a team; - Collaborate on creating and evaluating User Stories; - Implement new features and updates on our internally developed testing framework; - DevOps: Maintain the project infrastructure; - Improve and sharpen the tools we use every day to develop and test; - Collaborate and synchronize with colleagues from other product teams.

My team is a mixed one, with both Romanian and French colleagues. This is the main reason why our meetings are both in French and English. My responsibilities differ from one client to another. I usually develop new functionalities for the existing platform based on client requirements. Sometimes I solve bugs and other client demands that are not strictly related to development. For the last 6 months I started doing training sessions for the new colleagues regarding the internal frameworks.
