Leading effort to integrate Associated Content’s (Yahoo! Contributor Network) technology platform into Yahoo!’s international properties. Worked with regional Audience leads to develop global business strategy for launch of YCN in international markets, including sales, finance, editorial, product, tech, and community. Managed an international team of 12 for the (tech, finance, editorial) integration schedule and product launch in Brazil and the UK in 2011.

Fifth employee at the Associated Content. Associated Content eventually grew to be 70 employees, and had a successful exit with its acquisition by Yahoo! in June 2010. Led in development of various products and strategic initiatives. As part of the executive management team, worked closely with founder, CEO and Board of Directors on all strategic, product, business and legal issues.

Corporate Development, Commercial Partnerships, Acquisitions. Advised executive staff on corporate development and strategic partnership matters. Structured, negotiated and drafted all of the company’s acquisitions, asset purchase and debt financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Lead attorney on all M&A activity, including the acquisitions of Rotten Tomatoes, Game Spy, TeamXbox, and Askmen.com.
