Seconded to Modis Europe, to manage the Amsterdam & Brussels sales offices, and the TomTom account management team. Working on IT recruitment assignments for clients like TomTom, ING, IBM, Online, PGGM and T-Mobile, throughout the UK & Europe. This can encompasses a wide range of IT positions, from Testers & Developers, to Project & Programme Managers, Architects and Senior IT Managers.

I was invited to re-join Modis International, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. My role was to work as part of the HSBC Master Service Vendor account management team. I worked on IT recruitment assignments for HSBC throughout the UK & Europe. Some of my main achievements included: managing successful assessment centres, acting as a relationship manager for some of the larger, more complex business units in HSBC Technology Services Europe and mentoring the Modis HSBC team.

Specialised in working with high calibre people, who are experienced in the use of ASP.Net, C#, SQL & XML etc, from Developers to Architects. Based in Leeds, though I recruited across the UK. I had several exclusive relationships, and was starting to develop new business, on an exclusive basis, with more clients.

Account Management for the NHS Connecting for Health programme (the largest IT programme in the world) on an exclusive, managed service basis. Worked closely with both the hiring managers and HR dept for the successful resolution of any issues. Filled all positions within the agreed time scales. Met & exceeded all SLA's & KPI's. Searched the market, developed relationships and networked to find the correct candidates for my client. I worked on various assignments (from PA's to Dicectors).

Managed existing customer accounts, including supplying new IT Hardware & Software, up selling and cross selling where ever possible. Also discussed new opportunities for the customers and ways that we could help them. Searched the market looking for potential new clients and new business opportunities. Networked within organisations, to increase contacts and sales performance. Offered advice on equipment and specifications for the customer, allowing them to gain the optimum performance.
