I'm a creative mentor, educational content creator and podcast host. I've mentored over 100 freelancers to help them create successful businesses living creative lives. I've been described by clients as *Master Yoda with better banter* and *The perfect mentor*.

I was asked to join TN to enable it to reach the next stage of its growth. In my role as Operations Director I implemented structures and processes that allowed the business and the team to grow. As head of design I created a consistent, professional style that showed the brand's positive impact. • I Managed the team and their creative development • Led the creative team in delivering projects and marketing • The increase in quality of output helped tripled the company’s turnover within 12 months.

Infinity Potato was a small group of freelance designers, photographers and social media marketers. We worked with social enterprises to get them noticed online. From 2015 we worked on projects covering graphic design, large scale rebrands, website design and marketing in print, online and through social media. All successful in our own right, we lent our expertise to help businesses navigate the sometimes tumultuous waters of social marketing, helping them become self-sustaining.

I gained agency experience as the lead designer of a team of designers and writers. I worked closely with clients to deliver print and email campaigns within set corporate styles. Clients ranged from local charities to multinational corporations. Most prominently I helped deliver the roll out of the Alzheimer Scotland re-brand across their print materials. Working in a high pressure environment I developed my skills in planning and effectively managing projects and clients.
