As an Independent Commercial Finance Broker I take on the responsibility of assessing, packaging and presenting proposals for finance on behalf of my clients to suitable lenders. I offer access to Commercial Mortgages, Property Development Funding, Bridging Loans, Asset Finance, Business Angels and Private Investors.

I rAn the commercial department, within Opus Mortgages Ltd. This role involves the handling of all commercial and specialist finance enquiries that Opus generates. This includes commercial mortgages, development finance and bridging finance. It is my responsibility to assess each enquiry and then source the most suitable financial product and progress the application to a successful completion.

The main function of this position was to process and underwrite new applications in conjunction with the underwriting team. Obtaining credit searches, instructing surveyors and requesting references, all constitute part of the role in collating information and documentation relating to commercial mortgage applications. Assessing affordability and product criteria in order to package applications for submission to a lender, is also a main function of the job.
