• Sales & Call-Center Strategy: I created the sales script approach, implementation and optimization for the call center agents on GeoRanker.com, LuxCloud.com; as results I had improved the number of users interested in the websites services which led to an increase in conversion rate. I had also created retention script for existing clients of BWM Mediasoft project; the results were great, more than 75% of clients extended their subscriptions
