Among the main tasks I can mention: - discussing and establishing the candidate’s profile together with the client; - advertising the job on all the necessary recruitment channels; - searching actively for the suitable candidates; - sustaining the interviews; - realizing the short list for the client and establishing the meetings with the candidates; - being the main interface between the clients and the candidates; - keeping the evidence of the invoices; - finding new projects opportunities.

I realized the entire recruitment and selection process for the different positions that are required by the company's clients. I tested the candidates' different skills in order to establish the match level with the job requirements.
