Follow-up of debtor-creditor internal procedures.

Beneficiary of a EU Leonardo grant –administered by the Board of Lawyers of Madrid (Colegio de Abogados de Madrid)-, for a six-month period in said Italian Law firm. Collaboration in the International Arbitration area as well as with issues involving EU Competition Law.

Multiple tasks: drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, reviewing contracts submitted by institutions in projects awarded through international public tenders; coordination of notary and administrative proceedings, debtor-creditor relations, follow-up of industrial property protection, etc.

Areas of Corporate and Commercial Law (drafting and reviewing commercial agreements), Civil Law (pleadings in lawsuits) and Administrative Law (appeals).
