Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Create the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan, managed changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Maintain lab computers, projector, and printers. Monitor student activities and troubleshoot problems. Work directly with faculty to schedule time for private lab use for meetings, classes, and presentations. Plan, lay out, and manage workflow, resources, and personnel to meet production and schedule requirements while maintaining fiscal responsibilities of supplies and personnel. Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, discharges, and counseling and disciplinary measures.

Controlled the Whittaker Control hydraulic valves using a MK5 system and DOS while logging upstream and downstream temperatures and pressures through a range of flow rates and pressures.

Morning and evening prep. Preparation of banquet meals. Customer relations. Breakfast, lunch and dinner line cook for most seasonal menu items. Deserts both baking and dishing.
