- Providing tax advice concerning all business areas of the bank (in particular: CIT, VAT, PIT, CLAT) - Leader of the transfer pricing advisory - Dedicated to supporting brokerage, custody department and investment fund in tax issues ( incl. withholding and reclaiming tax) - Managing implementation of the CRS in the bank from tax perspective - Ongoing contacts with Raiffeisen International AG tax team

- Providing advice on the latest developments in the U.S. Qualified Intermediary regulations, FATCA, EuroFATCA and CRS - Analysis of impact of the new legislation on the different industries - Technical and practical advice to the clients - Managing development of the IT solution for the QI Reporting - Identifying business opportunities, developing and expanding of the clients portfolio

- Providing tax advice concerning all business areas of the bank - Preparing and reviewing contracts - Participating in negotiations, advising on issues regarding international and domestic tax law, especially in CIT, VAT, CLAT and transfer pricing - Leading projects related to adjustment of Bank to changing legal environment - Leading transfer pricing projects (incl. preparing and verifying tp documentation) - Coordinating team involved in the projects - Verifying marketing projects

- Internal tax advisory regarding CIT, PIT and CLAT

- Advisory for the clients regarding Polish and international tax law - Participation in optimization projects involving offshore structures - Participation in due diligence and tax reviews - Assistance in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts - Leading transfer pricing projects for banks and pharmaceutical companies

- Reporting economic news for TVN24 and TVN CNBC - Editing (Final Cut, Avid) - Researching

- Conducting appellate proceedings, drafting decisions in administrative enforcement proceedings - Preparing motions to the administrative courts

- Providing support to the Secretary of State - Preparing reports and arranging meetings
