Assisting supervisor layout for the series : Bunny Maloney, Antéfilms Studio, Angoulême. I was responsible for the assignment of work inside the layout team. I analysed the story boards in order to highlight what was at stake during an episode, in order to pass it on to the team. I managed to significantly reduce the delay of the department and installed a stable and efficient workflow. Through this experience, I improved my coordination, communication and feedback abilities.
