Build & maintain customer / supply chain relationships Become a dedicated service point for fulfillment/accounts Management of export and ex warehouse shipments Co-ordinate the processing of assigned orders Pro-actively alerting customers of potential service issues Leading the teams customer complaints resolution

Managing/report shipments & resolve order discrepancy Supervise the Ireland domestic team staff Solving problems / Locating missing shipments or docs Working with the Warehouse/Other pallet network depots Schedule and train the domestic staff team training Creating customer orders with special shipping requests

Relocation of COA’s to factory file folders Reporting on missing certificates Ensuring electronic COA files are correctly titled Rejecting electronic COA files back to factory graders Checking for computer generated error files
