Automotive supplier of latches locking systems. Tasks done in Core Engineering Team: * Design and prototyping of new innovative latch concepts via CATIA V5 for future projects for local and international customers. * CAD data management in PLM system during whole corresponding concept phase.

Consultant for an automotive supplier of automatic closing and opening systems for trunk lids and tailgates (Brose GmbH): * Design and integration of spindle drive unit as well as hand-free access sensor system into tailgates of European customers via CATIA V5.

Automotive supplier of switches and various kinds of ECUs and sensors. Close teamwork with Daesung Overseas Sales Team for European RFIs/RFQs management, especially in switches area: * Realization of technical automotive switch concepts including 3D modeling via CAD-CATIA V5, feasibility study, BOM management. * Concepts presentation to customers during Technical Reviews and follow-up open questions * Temporary resident engineer in Sweden for several switches and interior lighting systems projects.

Management of mainly European Projects. Successful accomplishment of first project for a German vehicle manufacturing group: * Support of related internal teams, especially R&D department, about European working methods as well as design, test and general specifications. Configuration of CAD-CATIA environment according to customer specifications. * Communication interface between company and customer: open issues list tracking, internal / external project meeting organization, project schedule management

Tasks done in the Industrial Department in a Project Team. Involvement in the construction and commissioning of an ASU (Air Separation Unit) plant. •Follow-up plant erection: preparation and review of technical documentation with engineering office in China. •Follow-up punch list towards subcontractor in order to build in compliance with specifications.

Tasks done in "Powerise" department, development of automatic closing and opening systems for trunk lids and tailgates: •Development support of innovative systems for new French cars: - Communication interface between the company and the French customers, - Project follow-up. Regular business trips in France for system adjustment. •Customer liaison and support for other mass produced automatic trunk lids and tailgates systems.

Tasks done in Energy and Body Systems department: •Parameter identification for a conception software of automobile starters; •Programming of a module thanks to the processing software MATLAB and creation of a graphical user interface.

Ergonomic study concerning the delivery of cutting tools in the different areas of mechanical factories.

•Proposals of innovative solutions for a new body development; •Modelling parts and solutions in 3 dimensions thanks to the CAD-software Unigraphics NX.
