• Controlling financial operations in SL accounts, process mapping, standardizing and simplifying end-to-end process for the finance transfer project. • Involved in GEMINI project for Turkey in AR function for the smooth split of SL accounts and led PTP process design in the new company entity creation and VAT implementation projects in Dubai. • Rewarded with Most Valuable Player in 2016 Q1 with taking the lead in ISO 9001 quality documentation coordination.

• Collected a valuable CRM data and gained interest of our main target group by CSR aimed event organizations that took place in the neighbourhood area of our main shops. • Developed a customer need analysis model, mapped CX journey touch points and set a cheatsheet for the sales team for to be able to answer each rejection from the customers. • Storylined and filmed a CX video of a family’s insurance buying experience in one of our walk-in shops.

• Developed and leaded Customer Loyalty Card Program of Dia in Turkey market • Created persoalized discount campaign coupons for loyal customers and doubled frequency and average basket with increasing redemption ratio by three times since the beginning. Based on customer segment and cluster group analysis, created affinity campaigns and listed double prices for specific items for card holders in the loyalty program. • Designed special Facebook coupons for Facebook followers

• Leaded web page localizaion project “ www.ucb.com.tr” and have been awarded with Gold Spot Award for achieving success beyond expectations due to early fulfilment of the project. • Involved in segmentation and adoption level studies and KOL managemen. • Arranged organization to medical events and occasions in and out of country. • Followed up budget reporting, sales analysis and marketing researches with the pharmacy shops.
