My role is responsible for planning the Readiness training deliveries while engaging with the stakeholders for advising, guiding, creating and detecting new business needs for new curricula of trainings. Other responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement & Planning the fiscal year deliveries. Coordinating with Delivery Program Managers, RPMs and Business Owners. Creating a strong and trustful relationship between the business and the Readiness team

I am responsible for executing and scheduling training deliveries while engaging in the logistics using internal tools and processes, as well as expense report review, stakeholder engagement and support and creation of purchase orders as needed.

The BE EUV Analyst supports the HP Audit team, Channel Business Management team and Brand Protection team by analyzing data from the area of post sales, taking necessary actions, as per the timelines mentioned in the BE EUV Process; This inludes: Reviewing cases of suspected fraud detected internally or systematically, communicating with the German Partners to request relevant data and documents. E.g. invoices/proof of delivery, validating documents against HP sales data, contracts and serial numbers.

As an EG Specialist the main responsibility was to help implement the changes in the existing process, to guide new colleagues understand the EG process, to participate to all EG Forum meetings and calls and to maintain a good relationship with the German HP resellers and the sales support teams. I also tested new ways of profiling the end customers (Siebel CRM vs. SFDC)

As a Smart Quote specialist, the main responsibility was to process the price inquiries which came from the German HP Partners thru the Smart Quote tool. By profiling the end customer, analyzing the price level, verifying all the products, configurations and quantities I sent out the HP price offer to the partner.
