Fouding General Manager of this retail bicycle shop in Ontario, Canada. I helped take this shop from concept through the first two years of operation. I worked with the shop owner on interior design, retail software platform implementation, inventory management before transitioning into the general manager role once the shop opened.

During my time at Energrow my primary role was to reform communications at the touch-points for the company. I lead the development of new web content and infrastructure, print-based reseller information kits, product brochures, user testimonials, product photography, user manuals and french-language translations. I also engaged in business development as well as process mapping and refinement.

As the owner of Decarto Consulting, I worked in the environmental and recreational planning sector with municipal governments, software developers, landscape architects, and non-profit organizations. I focused on supporting multidisciplinary consulting teams on contracts with digital mapping (GIS) components including GPS field data collection, mapping software development, on-site training, and technical support.

During my 1-year contract I updated the company’s lineup of Garmin digital GPS trail mapping pubications. I analysed, documented, and updated the company's data architecture and processing methods and lead the transition to a database storage and data processing system. I also represented the brand through outreach, trail data acquisition, and attended professional conferences and tradeshows.
