- providing local language research advisory services on the markets within the specialization (EMEA region mostly)

- providing advisory and market research services to the company on EMEA and APAC region - providing translation services either during negotiations or contract drafting phase - acting as Lead Project Analyst when necessary - acting as Project Manager when required

- performing quality control on the KYC profiles of private banking customers - closely cooperating with the banking and compliance teams - ensuring that 100% quality is maintained all the time - independently making decisions on the profile approvals and signing off the profiles checked

- preparing EDD reports for a wide range of external clients - carrying out complex analysis (including but not limited to detailed background checks, LBR queries, business intelligence) - close cooperation with the Client when required mostly on sanctions and potential high-risk areas - assessing the risk linked to cooperation with screened subjects - being responsible for German-speaking part of the market and Nordics - working on the preparation of not only standard but premium and custom reports

- managing a team of 35 (Polish- and Russian-speaking) drivers - managing a team of 10 domestic and international forwarding agents - acquiring new Customers actively - negotiating contracts with external enterprises - coordinating logistic processes in the Enterprise - collecting debts - being responsible for proper provision of contracted logistic services - preparing invoices for the provided transportation services - solving various problems and crises

- preparing and providing expert’s opinions regarding AML - preparing AML profiles for external customers - reporting the results of the performed work - implementing the lean management principles - maintaining ongoing relationships with foreign Customers - inducting new employees

- carrying out periodic and incidental reviews for corporate customers - carrying out a detailed transaction analysis - monitoring suspicious activities which might be related to money laundering - complying with the Group’s procedures regarding external supplier screening - making decisions about further relationships between the supplier and the Group - monitoring activities related to non-compliance with the Group’s policy or breach of the law - escalating any and all reasonable suspicions
