-Design of structural elements as well as development and implementation of new structural solutions included in the hybrid welding clamp and plant components at the stage of its design and prototype construction -Developing technical documentation for the project -Controlling the technical progress and initiating works improving the construction/prototype - direct supervision over the creation of the prototype -Designing products in accordance with applicable norms, standards and procedures

Creating finished playground products from scratch, obtaining TUV certification (PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177.). - Responsibility for creating prototype, technical and manufacturing documentation. - Making simple renders of products. - Product pricing, seeking contractors, business meetings, obtaining good sales.
