• Project team coordination (15 people) • Monitoring the project (planning, coordinating and reporting): Leading of committee meetings and project steering committees (with integrator), reporting, dealing with and resolving difficulties. • Co-management with the integrator of overall design workshops, definition of needs, change management support • Test Workshops animation, writing test sheets and summary of user feedback • Resources mobilization and planning

• Transfer of all of the financial function and financial information system to our Shared Service Center, based in Germany (11 months project): implementation of Oracle GL, AR, FA and AP and many subsystems. • Supervision of the Accounting and Payroll departments (one Fiduciaire, 4 employees) • Coordination of Start-Plan, budgets and monthly forecasts, analysis and reporting of budget vs actual • Creation of business models for new offerings • Improvement of finacial processes

• From team member to Head of the AR and Controlling departments (3 AR accountants, 2 controllers) • In charge of the operating income: Revenue / Billing, expenses, Headcount follow-up and analysis of key balance sheet accounts • Reliability and optimization of the Financial Information System • Strong involvement with operational managers to set up and supervise the Key Business Indicators • SOX: participation in the key processes and key controls definition and follow up • One year mission in London
