2020 – Discipline, clear task statement and planning based on unbiased data from CRM helped to keep good relationships with customers. All main projects in the pipeline were sold at the end of 2020. 2019 – 3 sales engineers and 2 technical support engineers in subordination. 2 new sales engineers hired and trained (Action selling + Strategic selling + risk management). Several business processes and internal WIKI knowledge-sharing website was created to systematize knowledge sharing

5 years results - grew up from novice salesman of sensors and measurement equipment to experienced salesman of complex turnkey engineering projects of test equipment. Based on my own experience I created an engineering department.

Duty of service: Creating under lead designer a tail section of the fuselage of medium-haul aircraft MS-21. Creating dimensional, layout, and working drawings based on the strength, aerodynamic calculations, and layout requirements from adjacent departments. Approving drawings with internal audit services. Prepare special drawings of samples for tests, assembly control.
