Damon Pike

I own a boutique law firm in Atlanta specializing in all aspects of international trade regulation and litigation, including customs matters for imports, as well as export control laws and other U.S.-based regimes such as ITAR. I also litigate matters for inbound clients at the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

I joined Deloitte as a manager in the customs and international trade practice in 1993, and rose to the National Director position in charge of the U.S. Customs practice (part of the international tax and transfer pricing practices.)
