Collaborating closely with Legal department to ensure the contracts terms and conditions (TC’s) are following the legal regulations. Managing the procurement process.

Owner of the end-to-end responsibility of PO handling and fulfillment of complex procurement operations for Global IT Category. Leading a team of Procurement Specialists and ensuring that the knowledge is shared within the team. Developing and applying Procurement procedures. First point of contact for escalations concerning my team. Responsible for the compliance of procurement procedures. Supporting users in purchase request definition when needed.

Responsible for leading and driving the transition of the IT category procurement at global level. Developing multi-level relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure project delivery goals are met. Effectively identifying and managing key risks in order to mitigate the impact in project delivery. Ensuring the transition methodology is followed and continuously improved.

Responsible for implementing sourcing strategies for the EAF region (Europe & Africa Region). Negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives. Engaging in contract negotiations alongside with Sourcing and Contract managers. Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to continuously improve the sourcing process. Obtaining quotations, evaluating options and conducting spot buys for centrally managed suppliers.

Responsible for sourcing and procurement of complex projects for EMEA/AP/America regions. Preparing and submitting of requests for quotations to suppliers following the requirements of the project and R&D departments. Leading the procurement activities within the Order Management group. Managing the purchase orders issuance in accordance with internal regulations. Negotiating the commercial terms for new and existing contracts. Managing an assigned portfolio of customers and suppliers.
