• TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGEMENT - Responsible for staff of 7 technicians providing all product, service and technical support for North American customers; experienced on the ‘bench’ and ‘front office’; maintained product knowledge through regular visits to TR in Germany; coordinated all repairs and provided 24-hour emergency response and support (key customers in automotive, packaging and robotics industries);
