In this role I am responsible for the definition and implementation of a solution based on IBM Rational products for the purpose of managing the project activities. Also, I am working with the IBM IT architecture team assigned to the customer (European Comission) towards defining a vision and strategy for dev-ops integration on a single process and platform to support the customer's IT and all the service providers.

In this position I am in charge of all things related to software quality assurance for around 28 applications. This means tooling (based on Rational products) and application test management, i.e., strategy, planning, automation, execution, reporting and handover to deployment. I am leading a team of testers who are tasked with executing the test activities designed to verify the quality parameters of the applications in the project's charge.

My responsibilities consist of the following : * provide consultancy and training to the IBM business partners and customers * develop the Rational business in Romania and South East Area * build business relationships and partnerships between IBM and third party companies which would be interested in making a business out of Rational sales, services and consultancy * provide business consultancy to IBM customers concerning business and IT process engineering.

Architect, design, implement, test and deploy messaging applications for the mobile telecom world.

I was responsible for architecting, designing, implementing and testing parts of the Nokia Multimedia Messaging (MMS) solution. Also, I did system deployment in the beta phase over several application versions at customer premises (major European and American operators)
