- Actively assisting New Owner and Premier owners with their ownership, assigning their holidays and assist with unresolved issues that may have surfaced since the original purchase and coordinate it with other departments - To develop and maintain a working relationship with both on- and off-site Resort Sales Executives. Work independently; quickly analyse situations and formulate plans to overcome challenges;

To provide excellent customer service to the Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI) Owners, MVCI properties, the MVCI Sales Offices by managing Owner issues and serving as a point-of-contact for Owners relating to the MVCI product, usage and resort information, loans and maintenance fees of the Resorts.
