Activity: International group, leading supplier of industrial surface protection systems - Building structures, chemical processes and operating equipment where anti-corrosion solutions are needed - and production of composite components. TO - 300M€ - 1000 employees worldwide. •Reporting to CEO (owner), Director of all industrial activities and manufacturing sites: Germany, China, Morocco, Spain, Italy, Poland, Mexico, Brazil. •Mission: Reboot and restructure the business.

At an activity/field level - Managing Director of an international Business Unit in the automotive field, at a transversal/corporate level - Director Corporate Strategy (complete group activities – 6 BU: Insulation/Construction, Automotive, Tapes, Sport, Shoe, General Converting), and at a regional level – Managing Director of Trocellen France Sarl (distribution – B to B).

•Reporting to the "Automotive BU Director" based in the USA. •Results: Development of an international customer portfolio and a of business potential of 50M€. Start-up of several key projects with VW, Mercedes, Peguform,…

Project Manager at the Research Center of La Garenne Colombes. •Results: Development and validation of a new converting process – “in mould coating” for thermoplastics injection moulding.

•Results: In charge of the project “Injection moulding of high temperature resistance thermoplastics”. Validation of a new database.

Mastère “Management d’une Unité Stratégique” – with optional Corporate Finance. Thesis: “Strategic and Financial Pertinence of a Breakthrough Strategy: The case of the cross-linked polyolefin foams in the automotive industry” - how to create more shareholder value in a mature market.
