Development of the technical part of services in the area of End-to-End performance assessment and optimization for end-user applications (WEB, IPTV, VoIP, Email, Videostreaming etc.), in Fixed and Mobile Broad Band networks (MBB), aimed to improve the quality of the end-user perception (QoE). Responsible for the southern, central and eastern regions of Europe. Tasks: Opportunity capture, team work with potential customers, customer workshops, participation in the startup of the services, service portfolio

Pre-sales responsibility for design services of mobile and fixed networks in the Nordic, Baltic countries, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries (Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc.). Tasks: Definition of the scope of the services; resource, time and risk estimation; cost calculation; product portfolio management; case follow-up in the sales funnel and profit margin in the already sold services. Active participation in tendering.

Technical Project Manager (Network Implementation Services) Responsible for the technical management and coordination, of all the WiMAX demos and trials in whole Latin America, for potential customers. Tasks: Relationship to potential customers, detailed planning of milestones, cost control and quality in the projects.

Techno-Marketing of the company’s End-to-End Performance features. Promotion of the advantages and benefits of certain software releases & features aimed at improving the quality of the end-user perception (QoE) in Latin America. Tasks: Company internal and customer workshops, active participation in demos, trials, tenders and customer meetings.

Position within the R&D organization of the company. Planning, analysis and documentation of tests for certain features and software releases aimed at improving the quality of end-user perception (QoE). Tasks: Teamwork with customers for the planning and organization of tests, analysis of the results, organization of workshops to present and explain the test results and the potential benefits for the network operator.

Capability development for new services integrated in the global portfolio and global project support. Tasks: Development of guidelines, training material and conducting workshops in different regions within the company.

Packet Core network design in 2.5G and 3G, network dimensioning, technical consultancy services for mobile network operators and participation in tenders for 3G networks.

Design of access (Radio) and Packet Core networks in 2.5G & 3G for mobile network operators in Austria, Hungary and Germany.

Responsible for conducting, analyzing sales statistics and to perform sales forecasts of the company’s products (audio, video and multimedia).
