– Quality Assurance responsible for Softing’s Linking Devices(i.e FG-200, mobiLink )– Responsible for the setup and mainteinance of the Host Systems in the Test Lab (i.e DeltaV, ABB, YOKOGAWA, Siemens PCS7 & GE).– Part of the Scrum Team ensuring Agile methodologies are implemented.

— Onsite technical support for Emerson's clients. (i.e., Novartis) — Ensured all DeltaV configurations for Batch Processing are working as designed, per customer Function Specification — Created documents for DeltaV DCS Standardization — Performed integrated Factory & Site acceptance testing

— Provide Engineering services and design documentation, including: Safety Requirement Specifications applying IEC61511 standards — Closely work with the E&I Engineers to assist in developing control strategies for Process Control Systems– Assemble/Develop the Safety Instrument Hardware Specifications,

— Test and validate DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS) software and Hardware through black box testing — Develop high quality Test Cases to create produce highly efficient test plans — Responsible for testing field devices with different communication protocols: Ethernet, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, HART, Serial, DeviceNet, Asi and others. — Responsible for testing various DeltaV DCS Domains using real plant scenarios to ensure process control system requirements are met.

— Lead the installation & commissioning of Veneer/Plywood Processing machines (Electrical & Electronics side) in various countries like Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Hungary and other countries in Africa. — Create PLC programs for veneer processing machines– Perform maintenance of all veneer processing machines as part of after sales service. — Troubleshoot control issues related to the machines. — In charge of rehabilitation of old machines.

— Design, develop & install sequence & feedback control using Programmable Logic Controller — Design, develop & install Human Machine Interface(HMI) using Mitsubishi Factory Automation products. — Program & commission AC/DC drive controller– Design Electrical controls and battery charger — Prepare quotations & bill of materials– Support for marketing personnel in Technical aspects. — Conduct testing of Electrical Panel boards & switch gears (Low, Medium & High)
