Responsible for Making Integrated Granulation Lines, Pharma Connect modules, TTW Machines, Fluid Bed Dryers, END Product Handling Machines, in workshop and responsible for Factory Acceptance Test and Provide After Sales & Service to The Customers.

Responsible for Commissioning of Punching Machines, Perforating Machines, Cut to Length Machines, Slitting Lines, Press Shop Machines, Bailing Press Machines and also provide service to the customer after installation and commissioning of the Machine and responsible for after Sales & Service business. During commissioning done the cabling and termination of various equipment's of the machine and also planning for the spares of the machine. After commissioned the machine responsible for FAT of the machine.

Regular Plant maintenance and handling the break downs of Cranes & Utilities such as Compressor & Pump House, DM Water Plant. P.L.C: Beckchoff PLC, Siemens S7-300/400 Ladder logic development ,Wiring and Trouble shooting. Communication activities such as Ethernet, Controlnet, Profibus etc. SCADA: Wonderware (intouch), Wincc Application. Process Instruments: (PID Programmable Controller, Temperature Controller, Temp. Scanner, Temp. Recorders, Pressure Transducers, Load Cells, Level Switches, Thermocouples
