Project: 3rd-level Server operations, patch management, Exchange and Windows Server management. Significantly improved IT infrastructure reliability over the course of one year. Scope and tools: Mid-sized Windows Server and client environment with hybrid Azure Infrastructure, M365, Intune management. Utilized PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), Azure AD Connect (AADC), WSUS, Group Policy (GPO) management, Azure AD, Azure Backup, AIP, PRTG.

Project: 3rd-level Server operations, Windows Server and Windows Client management. Planned and executed defender rollout, managed Exchange Online migration. Streamlined patch management, significantly improving system uptime. Scope and tools: Mid-sized Windows Server and client environment with hybrid Azure Infrastructure, M365, and Intune management. Utilized PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), Azure AD Connect (AADC), WSUS, GPO management, Microsoft Defender, Azure Information Protection.

Industry: Automotive supplier, sealing technology Project: 3rd-level Server operations, IT infrastructure design, planning and executing Exchange Online and Windows Server migrations. Supported global PKI enrollment and streamlined patch management processes. Planned Intune client enrollments and designed Intune delivery groups in collaboration with client team. Supported hand over of Infrastructure Management from local German team to US-based international team and helped with integration of new team.

Industry: Internet and online media Project: Interim project to administer the MS Windows IT infrastructure over a 6-month period. Responsibilities included the operation, maintenance, and patch management of MS Windows clients and servers (Windows Server 2008-2012, MS Exchange 2012, MS SQL 2012), as well as the overall management of network security and data backup processes. Industry: IT system integrator, industrial sector Project: System administration and consulting for various clients of S.WERK AG in Germany and Austria, as well as for the internal IT of S.WERK AG. Responsibilities included the administration of complex virtual environments with MS Windows Server (2003-2012), MS Exchange (2007-2010), and MS SQL (2005-2012).

Industry: Industrial services, infrastructure Project: Provided support in planning and executing the email migration for the Munich site, transitioning from MS Exchange 2007 to MS Exchange 2013. Assisted in the planning and rollout of the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, including managing PC rollouts and delivering on-site service. Offered 1st and 2nd level support for end-users and developers, ensuring smooth transitions and handling technical issues during the migrations.

Industry: Automotive, security, defense industry Project: Contributed to the planning and execution of migration projects for MAN Truck and Bus (Vienna) and Rheinmetall Military Vehicles. Participated in the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, including hardware rollout and on-site service delivery. Provided 1st and 2nd level support for users and developers throughout the migration process, ensuring minimal disruptions and resolving technical issues for industrial devices and client systems.

Project: Client rollout for a migration project, including software and hardware deployment for an emergency center at UniCredit S.p.A. Responsibilities involved ensuring the smooth transition of client systems and setting up critical infrastructure for the emergency center.

Industry: IT service, consumer electronics, and sales promotion Project: Provided IT service and support for private individuals and small businesses, ensuring technical issues were resolved and systems maintained. Led sales promotions for CASIO and FALK Navigations, managing product demonstrations and customer engagement. Served as Team Leader for sales promotion at Philip Morris, overseeing a sales team and coordinating promotional activities.
