Assisted in the planning and rollout of the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, including managing PC rollouts and delivering on-site service. Offered 1st and 2nd level support for end-users and developers, ensuring smooth transitions and handling technical issues during the migrations.

Industry: Automotive, security, defense industry Project: Contributed to the planning and execution of migration projects for MAN Truck and Bus (Vienna) and Rheinmetall Military Vehicles. Participated in the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, including hardware rollout and on-site service delivery. Provided 1st and 2nd level support for users and developers throughout the migration process, ensuring minimal disruptions and resolving technical issues for industrial devices and client systems.

Project: Client rollout for a migration project, including software and hardware deployment for an emergency center at UniCredit S.p.A. Responsibilities involved ensuring the smooth transition of client systems and setting up critical infrastructure for the emergency center.

Industry: IT service, consumer electronics, and sales promotion Project: Provided IT service and support for private individuals and small businesses, ensuring technical issues were resolved and systems maintained. Led sales promotions for CASIO and FALK Navigations, managing product demonstrations and customer engagement.
