As Chief Architect of abaXX Technology, a Stuttgart-based software vendor specialized on J2EE technology, manager of a team of key software architects within R&D. Responsible for the development of platform-independent enterprise portal software and technology including an MVC-based Web UI and Portlet framework as well as embedded workflow technology product.

Working as researcher and key architect in several European research projects in different areas ranging from discrete event-driven simulation over CORBA-based system integration to Web-based information systems.
