The Head of IMS ABB AG Process Automation Germany, as the representative of top management for the integrated management system (IMS), has the responsibility for steering and coordination in accordance with - ISO 9001 (quality management) - ISO 14001 (environmental management) - DIN EN ISO 45001 [Successor of OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health - and Safety Assessment)] - Data and information protection This role is a partially role within the personal union responsibilities.

Identify improvement potentials across the Hub Define, support to initiate and coach improvement projects for PAMA EU Define and execute governance on Quality Improvement project including stakeholder and team communication Provide training and coaching; Support Belt Certification projects Close collaborate with Voice of Customer function to identify improvement potentials to help to leverage customer satisfaction

Leading global division critical projects to improve the overall customer experience. Primary focus is on quality improvement, lead time reduction, productivity/cost reduction and improving on-time delivery. Capture, communicate and replicate successes and best practices across the Division and Hub Division. Drive standardization and consistency of approach. -Global program manager best in class repair centers -Global black belt PL EMF OTD program -internal lead auditor DE ATG and ABB IA re-certification

Head of Quality Management and Assurance for all systems (ISO9001, PED, Atex, IEC Ex, SIL, FM, CSA, EAC, INMETRO, CTICK, DNV-GL, SAUDI ARAMCO, KOSHA, DVGW) Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Operational Excellence Qualified ABB 4Q Master Trainer / Coach & Project Manager (Lean & Six Sigma) First & Second Party Auditor Sub project manager within the BU Value Chain Project regarding international certification and quality management of flow products (extension of 17 plant certifications to other sites)
