Leadership of the German Product Management team. Setup of the vision & mission strategy as part of the ongoing Product Roadmap for all customer segments. Execution of sales pitches to German insurance carrier and appraisal companies. Member of the Senior Management Team as part of the German executive board.

Portfolio and lifecycle management of software and services for insurance carrier and assessors. Creation of potential analyses and go-to-market strategies for new developments. Execution of consulting, pre-sales activities and product trainings. Management of migration projects for key accounts.

Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of leading office management systems in the motor claims industry, with focus on Assessors and Insurance companies. Planning and execution of customer specific implementation projects.
