Lead of new projects and engineering changes at Saltillo location with upfront Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and ISRI Project Management Handbook principles. Coordination of multidisciplinary international team members located mainly in Germany, Italy, USA and Mexico. Responsible of reporting the project status to the headquarters monthly with focus on successful Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and budget status. Collaboration with the global sales team to develop robust quotations.

Responsible of project transfer from Lemgo to the new plant in Saltillo for the TTD250 and TTD235 technical bow springs. The challenge started with the training and coaching of the Mexican team 6 months in Lemgo in the technical field as well as in the German culture, continued with the machinery transfer and people development and finished with successful Design Validation Plan and Report (DVP&R) and PPAP approved by the customer ZF.

Responsible of program activities such as professor, new students’ enrollment, development of agreements with automotive and automation companies for workshops, contests and internships, development of social programs with focus on practical and value added education for the students.

Responsible of BOCAR production system (BPS) activities such as training of employees on the lean manufacturing principles and coordination of multidisciplinary team members for continuous improvement workshops. Team member in the implementation of BPS at BOCAR Mexico together with Porsche Consulting. Highlights: design and implementation of factory milk run, factory supermarkets, and single minute exchange die (SMED).
