Recruiting stock brokers to a set target, performing 12-15 interviews daily and selecting the best candidates for the job, meeting twice weekly targets, liaising with CEO to discuss targets and plans, implementing changes to streamline recruitment and improve pick up from CV searching and CV quality.

Hill Newton Recruitment Ltd is a leading specialist recruiter on behalf of the Banking, Investment Management & Securities industry. During my time here, I was searching for suitable candidates and liaising with department heads for empty positions to fill with the best candidates after matching them.

This is a 360 degree consultancy role. I doubled the billing on my desk and had my own client base. This role was focused on the industrial sector and involved 4-5 interviews per day whilst also seeking new opportunities and contracts for the company to place the new candidates in. I worked on call 1 week on, 1 week off which involved receiving calls at all times of the day and night from clients with any problems or need for extra staff to be sent to them.

Inbound sales. Answering calls, needs analysis, benefits matching, up-selling. During my time here, I regularly featured as the top seller in the building.

Owner. Dealing with hiring/firing, kitchen and bar duties, public relations, event planning, cash handling, banking.
