•Monitoring the Lombard credit book, a book of approx. USD 3 billion in exposure for both, the Reg-T and the Reg-U credit book •Structuring of complex credit transactions and hedged transactions with put option or zero cost collar structures •Derivatives transactions such as IRS, equity and index swaps, options, swaptions and futures •Representing Credit Risk Management in all new business initiatives •Develop and enhance local credit policies, processes and procedures

USD 2 billion in exposure •Liaise with Relationship Managers, clients and prospects •Structuring of complex credit transactions such as TRS’s, CDS’s and put option and zero collar structures •Leading a team of 6 credit specialist based in London and Dubai •Responsible for the Credit Risk Management in Credit Suisse Dubai Branch •Functional responsibility for the Final Credit Control Team for UK and Dubai •Implement and enhance local credit policy

•High level negotiations with regulators and government body to establish a legal framework in the Dubai International Finance Centre according to international standards •Implement the local credit policy, processes and procedures as well as the client documentation for credit facilities •Develop monitoring and reporting tools according to Credit Suisse standards •Implement MACOS (Management Controls), Basel II and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) for Credit Suisse Dubai.
